For each topic, we identified a set of vocabulary words – terminology necessary for students to become statistically literate and to learn the topic's outcomes. There are a total of 369 vocabulary words across our 27 topics. The set of words for each topic is inclusive, so the same word may appear in multiple topics. Student understanding of vocabulary is assessed through the use of the vocabulary question database. Vocabulary words from Topics 06 and 19 are given below.
